We offer several camps throughout the year, so check out the calendar to see which one best fits your needs. We have 5 day/4 night camps, 4 day camps, and Pre-Race camps and they are all designed to help you achieve your goals. All the camps include training seminars (Exercise Physiology and Sports Nutrition) that teach specifics of conditioning, training, and performance. The camps are limited in space so that individual attention may be given to each camper. And yes, we even allow ample “down time” so you can hang out on the beautiful beaches.
The 5 day/4 night camps are all-inclusive: fully supported training, luxurious accommodations close to world famous beaches, all meals, training seminars, and we throw in the ocean for free. The training is thorough and includes private Pilates and Yoga classes to ensure that you are fully conditioned. The accommodations are at one of the beautiful Kona/Kohala resorts and the meals are prepared by our private Chef (who is amazing!).The Pre-Race camps are just that – camps that we have created to fine tune your performance in some of the great triathlons that we have on the islands, and in particular, on the Big Island. Learn some vital information about race courses and how to attack them in order to have your best performance. During the camps, we do some pre-race workouts on the actual courses and provide you with great racing strategy and race course local knowledge. The camps are typically based at race headquarters and special accommodation pricing can be arranged for the campers.
